SERVICES

Review the Services Drakemount Consulting Offers

1. Coaching & Mentoring

First, Drakemount Consulting provides general coaching and mentoring. Also, we can specifically target a particular field (e.g. HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance). The majority of our clients are owners and senior managers or upskilling the next generation of a family business.

Second, Drakemount Consulting takes a holistic approach to Coaching & Mentoring to make sure it is done in a way that works for you, our client. Some of the more common areas where we provide this service are helping our client define their vision for the future, their ambition (for the business and themselves), or what they would like to do differently in the industry but not sure how to do it.

Next, Coaching and Mentoring have two pillars. The functional side (e.g. helping with strategic planning skills, objective setting, negotiation skills, people management) and the emotional side (e.g. personal management, business and life balance, way of operating, changing bad habits, etc.) When asked to coach a person, we start with an assessment and identify gaps. We then propose a coaching & mentoring programme to you, based on this and your business needs.

Frequently our clients are paying above market level for services and/or products.

The level of support differs by client, depending on their specific needs – from negotiation skills training to physically supporting the client during negotiation with the supplier or financial institutions.

There’s no ‘one size fits all’ mystery shopping programme. We create unique, flexible, and results orientated programmes for each client that recognises and rewards excellent customer service, all of which are underpinned by:

Understanding the Experience: Customer experience reports provide a balance of qualitative and quantitative feedback, allowing frontline teams to understand their customers’ experience and the impact of their actions and form a solid base as a training tool.

Insight & Analysis: Tailored users can access Drakemount’s unique, Customer Intelligence Platform. This platform allows results to be analysed in real-time with a host of reports available for users to generate bespoke reports.

Engagement & Action: Our creative marketing team works closely with you to communicate the results and advice to frontline teams on how to refine their customer interactions. In contrast, the insight teams focus on the strategic improvements of the customer’s experience.

The interactions between frontline staff and customers define a business or brand, and in today’s competitive world, having a detailed understanding of these interactions has never been more critical.
