At first, Drakemount Consulting started offering only mystery shopping for clients within the hospitality business (bars, hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, off-licenses). As a result in the success of mystery shopping, the scope of Drakemount Consulting evolved and expanded significantly. We now have clients with a wide range of services across numerous industries.
Drakemount specializes in working with small to mid-size enterprises. Moreover, we ultimately create business strategies that will maximise long-term profitability for each business. The range of services we provide is Coaching & Mentoring, Business Reviews, Strategy Development, Crisis Management, Negotiation, People Optimisation and Mystery Shoppers.
